If you are a new patient, please note before booking…

  • This office is focused on providing osteopathic evaluation and manipulation. Any primary care aspects such as an annual exam or blood work will be deferred to your primary care provider.

  • The fees are due at the end of each visit except when you have traditional Medicare or certain Cigna plans that are in-network with this office (please refer to the insurance section for details). We no longer participate in UnitedHealthcare. The out-of-pocket fee information is found at the bottom of this page.

Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees

Out—of-Pocket Fees:

  • New Visit: $280 for 60 minutes

  • Follow-Up Visit: $200 for 40 minutes

We currently provide 20% discount to children at 0-12 of age.

The fee schedule will be revised after August 11th, 2025. More announcement is to follow.

If you have a traditional Medicare Plan B as your primary insurance or certain Cigna plans (not Medicare Advantage by Cigna) that we are in-network with, we will submit your claims to your insurance company. For all other visits, the above fees are due at the end of each visit.

Please contact your insurance to verify the coverage.

We do not participate in Medicaid nor Railroad Medicare.

We no longer participate in UnitedHealthcare.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid the $100 penalty.
